Purple Party!

Here are some long awaited pictures from the fabulous purple party we had earlier this month! We went all out... purple food, purple drinks, purple decor.

"Why?" you ask... because we wanted to!

We came to the realization that purple is the greatest colour right now, and that basically everyone we know owns purple clothes (minus a couple guys that went out and bought shirts for the party, lol). Anyways, here's what you missed if you couldn't be there...

Abby actually painted these purple paintings, which is crazy awesome. They are now hanging safely in my bedroom so that she could replace the real paintings that belong on that wall.

Purple food and eating tools. An absolute must!

Balloons. Classic decor to start the party! Thank you dollar store :)

All the purple toys at the top of the kitchen counter were stolen from work, lol. Well.. borrowed. I particularly like the oral cancer book... I think it set the mood for the party from the get-go.

More purple... we decorated the candles ourselves!

Hilarious purple hangers. Nice surprise for our winter coats.

We invited the Queen as well. Sadly, she wasn't able to make it. But she did wear purple in honour of our party, and get the picture published just in time for the party!

Yummmm :) These were truly delicious. It took some time to raid the candy bins at SuperStore for purple candy, but so worth it!

Purple Party Planners extraordinaire! True Story.

K, that's all the purple I have for now. Hope you enjoyed!
